ACSIS was established in 1999 as a family-owned and co-operated business between myself and my husband, Ian. It was a natural blend of Ian’s superior knowledge and experience regarding air conditioning installations and operations combined with my knowledge and abilities to manage a well-organized, fully functional business office.

My love of math, attention to organizational details, and my insistence on maintaining impeccable recordkeeping enable me to ensure that every customer receives the right products, at a fair price. My office management skills make it possible to arrange for the correct installations of all purchased units on time and in pristine operational conditions.
Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships is a top priority for me. This means that I follow up with our customers after each installation to ensure that they are pleased with their purchase. When there is that rare occasion when a unit is not performing as intended, I ensure that our ACSIS team members will quickly focus on the unforeseen problem and work to resolve the situation to the customer’s satisfaction. I ensure that the customer is kept informed of all actions taken on their behalf.
I am always flattered when satisfied customers refer us to their business associates and friends. For me, it is an excellent measure of how well we are servicing the air conditioning needs of the greater Perth area as we continue to grow our business with a large number of repeat customers and referrals. Running a one-stop air conditioning installation service keeps both Ian and I fully engaged for five or six days a week. When we have the luxury of free time, we enjoy having quality family time with each other and our two sons.
